Understanding Grief: Coping with Loss or Change

Grief is a common response to loss or a change in life. It could be the loss of a loved one, a connection, or dealing with any form of loss. Although there are said to be five stages of grief, it's important to remember that you do not have to go through each stage in order to heal. You may skip a stage or experience grief differently, and that's perfectly okay. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
