Writing: Three Stages of Good Writing Practice

Introduction

When writing for courses at Saint Vincent College, prioritizing writing practice that includes the three stages of good writing practice occurs. This especially occurs in courses that are writing designated (WD). Each WD course uses an approach for that specific course.

It is important to utilize the Three Stages of Good Writing Practice to be sure you are writing the best paper possible.

The Three Stages of Good Writing Practice include:

  1. Planning
  2. Drafting
  3. Revising

Click the stages to learn more about each one.

Every WD Course also prioritizes The Six Principles of Good Writing.
