Interlibrary Loan, commonly referred to as ILL, is a service for currently enrolled students to request library materials not available at the Dale P. Latimer Library.
For full detailed information regarding the steps for the Interlibrary Loan Process and FAQs, please visit Dale P. Latimer Library: Interlibrary Loan.
Students receive their first 15 requests per academic year free of charge.
After reaching 15 requests, there is a nominal $1.50 charge per item. If charged, payment will be required at the time of pick-up, unless arrangements with your department were made for your department to cover the costs.
The Dale P. Latimer Library tries to get things at no cost. Sometimes this is not possible, and the lending libraries will charge additional fees. These fees are the responsibility of the borrower, and you will be notified to approve or deny additional costs prior to an item being requested.
Items that cannot be requested are materials already owned by the Dale P. Latimer Library, unless they are marked missing, entire periodicals, reference books, text books, and other difficult to obtain items.
